HEAT TREATING KILNS

I`m pleased to offer to my customers a NEW!! Kiln designed by PARAGON KILN MANUFACTURING COMPANY, exclusively for THE NATURAL EARTH.   This kiln was designed to my specifications for the knapper.  This is the only kiln with a ramp/hold DTC1000 programmable controller.  Because we do not need to go to pottery level heat, I was able to have this kiln built at a considerable savings.   This kiln can fire to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.  It pulls less amperage and only requires a 15 amp breaker @ 110 VOLTS!!!!  You can use it anywhere!!!! The programmable DTC1000 controller can store up to 6 preset programs. You can segment the heat increments up to 5 times in a firing. You control the temperature rise per hour,final temperature and hold time!!! Very easy to program with step by step instructions. The kiln is 11" wide by 9" deep.  You can heat a lot of preforms, spalls, bifaces or slabs.  No need to babysit this kiln.  Fire one day and knap the next!!!!
